My daughter and I just made this delicious smoothieI for breakfast and it’s so good I feel like we must share the secret!


2 bananas

1 cup of yogurt

1 cup of milk

2 tbsp cashew butter

1 tsp honey

2 tsp hemp hearts

2 tsp chia seeds

Mix ingredients in a blender, and enjoy!!
